• All goods advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If an item that you wish to order is unavailable, we shall inform you by email or phone. The reason for unavailability is usually because we are awaiting deliveries from our suppliers.
• We will not be liable to you for any administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• By law we are not allowed to sell glasses to patients under the age of 16.
• We cannot supply goods to registered partially sighted or blind people.
• You must confirm that you are not registered as partially sighted or blind peoples.
• By submitting your order you confirm that you are over 16 years of age and legally able to purchase prescription glasses from claimtheframe.com.
• We are also unable to provide prescription lenses to any patients who’s prescription is over 2 years old.
• You confirm that you have undergone an eye examination within the last two years.
• All cancellations must be within 1 hour of ordering online. Any cancellations after this period will mean postal charges will not be refunded.
• All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of display.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at 21%
• We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without prior notification.
• Every effort is made to maintain correct pricing but these may be subject to variations caused by factors beyond our control.
• You agree to provide any details that are reasonably required by us in order to prove that you are legally able to buy prescription lenses.
• You must agree to use your correct name and address and date of birth and any other details that are reasonably required.
• We will not accept responsibility for any damage on goods caused by you.
• We are not liable to any person for any damages or loss caused by the use of goods advertised on our website.
• We will endeavor to ensure that the goods are delivered by any delivery date estimated by us but we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by that date.
• The risk of damage to the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your order instructions.
